Shipping and Returns

Making a purchase

Making a purchase is simple. Browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout.' Here you may either create an account which will save your details streamlining the process for following orders and allowing us to notify you of special offers or alternatively proceed immediately to the payment screen. We accept all major credit cards.

Alternatively you may email or post your order alongside a cheque, made payable to L’Atelier LTD. We will dispatch your order as soon as the cheque is cleared.


Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days on clearance of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Orders will be shipped via royal mail.

In the rare event a chosen item is out of stock you will be notified via e-mail or telephone as soon as possible and an estimated timescale for delivery will be provided. If this is unsuitable there will be the opportunity to cancel your order without charge.

Furniture At present furniture must be ordered by telephone at which point a delivery charge will be arranged. Please call: 01736 798887.

The cost of delivery for your goods will be made clear throughout the payment process. The majority of our products are standard delivery.

Delivery prices quoted on latlelieronline.co.uk are for UK mainland delivery only. This excludes the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. If you wish to place an order from outside UK mainland please contact us via email or telephone our shop on 01736 798887. We will then be able to get a specific quotation directly from a delivery company for your order.

ANY ORDER OF GOODS EXCLUDING FURNITURE OVER £150 WILL RECEIVE FREE DELIVERY



Returns – Exchanges

Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled within the first seven days or until the item is dispatched whichever comes first. Payment will be returned within 30 days.


Damaged Goods

All our products are thoroughly checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged when delivered please contact us via email or telephone immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) quoting your order reference, and details of the problem. We reserve the right to return any faulty products to the manufacturer.


Returns

Orders may be returned within 28 days of receipt for exchange or a refund at our discretion provided the goods remain in perfect condition with original packaging alongside proof of purchase. The cost of the return except where the item is faulty will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund or exchange. Please ensure goods are packed safely when returning. After inspection if the goods returned are found to be faulty or not in "as new" condition we will charge delivery costs for returning them back to you. We strongly recommend a proof of postage, l’Atelier is not responsible for any losses or damages during return posting.


Return of Furniture

As much of our furniture is specially ordered cancellations will be subject to a 30 percent cancellation fee. Customers are therefore asked to check dimensions of certain goods before placing their order to avoid later problems. Non of our furniture is self assemble therefore we ask you to carefully measure all relevant doors and access points.
